The Digital Media Centre is based in two
beautiful airy rooms in South Hill Park overlooking the grounds at the
rear of the mansion.
The DMC workshop room, housed in the John Nike
Suite, is comprehensively equipped with multi-media
software and peripheral equiment to offer a versatile production environment
for a wide range of projects.
Our tutors are all practising artists and professional media producers,
with experience of communicating their skills in a educational setting.
Our philosophy is to emphasise the huge potential for creativity in the
digital environment while our small group sizes mean that you are able
to progress towards achieving your goals at your own pace. Whatever your
previous experience, the appropriate course will lead you towards greater
technical knowledge and ability to visualise, plan and create your own
desired end result.
Each participant on our evening and weekend workshops has their own dedicated
workstation for the duration of the course, comprised of the hardware
listed.
