Winter Season Booking on our next season of digital media courses for January to March 2010 opens 23rd November.
Our new season of courses and workshops is now announced over on the "Courses" page. As ever, too much to summarise in a short space, but.... Our evening courses, in graphics, web production and photography are all back again from end-January. They're very popular, so book quickly ! Our weekend workshops give us opportunity for some creative technology work; this Winter we re-run the great Digital Artist Books session, exploring Photoshop layouts with simple binding and printing formats.
Animator, Gemma Burditt returns for a unique Animation session in March, focussing on stop-frame animation and construction of Theatrical puppets. Our popular Experimental Digital Printmaking, Publishing with InDesign and a new expanded Adobe Illustrator course are all favourites that appear again during this Winter season. 2008-09 Report Our summary of activities for the last financial year is now available for download below: • dmc_report2008-09 (PDF)

Xtend IV: Call for Works
Xtend IV – Movement in the Built Environment As part of the annual Lift Off! Dance Festival at South Hill Park Arts Centre and Dancin’ Oxford Festival, we will be screening an international selection of dance for camera video work during both festivals, throughout the period of January-March 2010. This year’s deadline has now passed. Selection information coming soon. 24/7 Video
We've produced a combined live video and animation feature for Bracknell Teenage Pregnancy Unit over the last few months. Animator, T. Kim Noce has been collaborating with Martin Franklin, who provided video, editing and sound, to create the information feature. The 7 minute film combines the voices of young parents with animated characters, original music and fast-moving video to get it's message across. See more on our Gallery page.
